HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.
Residential and commercial HVAC service and maintenance technician with minimum 2 years of independent service experience required. Great driving record, skilled communication and customer service skills are a plus. Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills are a must.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 Year minimum experience in residential HVAC diagnostics
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- EPA certification
