TECH Clean California: Heat Pump Rebates
The TECH Clean California initiative provides point-of-sale rebates for heat pump installations statewide. Rebates vary by income level:

- Moderate income (80 to 150% Area Median Income): up to $2,500
- Low income (under 80% AMI): up to $4,000 or 100% of installation costs
