Reliable Home Comfort are truly an amazing and honest company to work with. I had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air. So I when on Google and search for AC services around me. Seeing the amazing reviews and 5 stars Reliable Home Comfort has, I decided to give them a call. Ariana answered the call and she was extremely helpful, professional, and she made me feel good about contacting them. Thomas Corona was the gentleman that took care of my issue. What a professional guy! He had shoe covers ready to put on before coming into my home, that told me everything about how good the service would be. Thomas informed about how he would thoroughly check everything to make sure that things are working properly. Thomas completed the job and my AC was working at 100 percent. HVAC technician Thomas and the business owner Edison (that's right - Thomas Edison) took great care of us and replaced our 50-year-old (literally) HVAC system with help from the HEEHRA program. Edison was one of the only contractors we spoke to who didn't try to talk me out of the HEEHRA program, and made the process quite smooth, especially considering the complexity of the install and the amount of paperwork involved to get the HEEHRA grant. These guys are the real deal. Will continue to work with them for all of my rental property and personal HVAC jobs. Thanks guys!

I have received a few different quotes, but to be completely honest when I had a consultation with Edison I felt like he cared to advise me what to do the best to his ability and I trusted him. The process was easy forward and smooth.

Called for an appointment to check out my AC unit and they sent Edison right away. He gave me 3 options to fix my unit with pricing. Once we agreed on which option worked. The next day Jose and Miguel replaced my unit with no issues. Highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort

One of our bedroom wall units stopped working. Initially I contacted my home warranty carrier (Choice Home) to get an assessment. My claim was assigned with a date set for the tech to come out. Tech never showed up or called so claim was re-assigned. Since Reliable had done the original install I phoned to see if they could schedule an overview of the system. To my surprise I found not only was my system still under warranty but they had a tech available to come out the next day! Of course all this transpired at a time when we were in the middle of a heat wave. Reliable’s tech came out (as promised), at the time promised, and completed repairs to the unit in less than an hour. It has been such a blessing to work with a company that provides such excellent, friendly service. They care about their customers and it shows.

They used software to validate the performance of their proposed system and explained everything clearly without being pushy. I recently had a multi-zone heat pump system installed by this company and was very pleased with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful. Angel, Marlon, Willy, and Jose did a fantastic job—everything was kept clean, they patched up any areas impacted by the work, and even removed our old gas furnace, capped the gas line, and repaired the wall where it had been.
The system was up and running ahead of schedule and has been working perfectly since. Everyone was friendly, and the workmanship really shows.
Another thing that stood out to me was the upfront planning by Edison, the owner. He was the only contractor that I spoke to, who did a proper Manual-J heat load calculation, taking the time to measure the rooms and design a system specifically for our home. That attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the installation, and it’s clearly paid off.
The price was on the higher end, but still within the range of other quotes—and absolutely worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

Thomas (HRC) came by to do the 1st inspection of the 6 free inspections of the 3 year guarantee of our mini split system. He did a wonderful job, we’re happy with the way he explained as he was doing the jobs (testing, filter maintenance…).

Really great install of my new heat pump (on the roof) and my first service went just as well, very thorough and Thomas answered all of my questions and made suggestions to keep my unit running smoothly. Seriously, who else offers scheduled maintenance included with the purchase of a new unit!?! Still super impressed and glad I found someone I can trust.

Aside from the scheduling for the asbestos removal, the removal and installation for the new furnace went really well. Willy and his crew arrived, removed the old heater and stalled the new heater with the new digital thermostat. They did a wonderfully spectacular job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Relaiabke Home Comfort to anyone looking for an HVAC company. Awesome work!

We were referred to Reliable Home Comfort by a neighbor and everything was great. They were able to come out the first work day after our AC went down, whereas another referred AC company said they couldn't come out before two weeks. Edison diagnosed and explained the problem clearly, answered my questions, and came the next day to complete repairs. He even discovered a small leak in the process and repaired that at no extra cost. The price of the repairs seemed to be right on average. Highly recommend.

Reliable did a great job on a big and long job for us: 5 unit, 1 heat exchanger Mitsubishi ductless minisplit on a single level house and complete Enphase grid-connected solar installation, including an expensive meter spot move mandated by city. Any customers who want something like this can expect that it will take many months because the process requires a lot of permitting and planning. The whole process required about 6 months of time following an initial visit and quotes, but only about 10 days of work at the house. The job included quite a lot of electrical work to move the meter (the house power entry point) and to install an outlet for future electric car. The rest of the complicated process was used by lots of permitting and communication with the city and inspectors which was nearly totally handled by Reliable. The quality of work on the ductless HVAC system looks excellent and passed 3rd party inspection on first visit. The solar capacity allowed by the city is probably too small, since it was based on low usage over the past year, but it can be expanded later with more usage. We are very satisfied with the result and thank the whole crew at Reliable and their subcontractors.
